Khang: We have been supporting unicode file name long time ago:

Improved support of Uniocde file name.

SyncEXP has also been fixed to support unicode around the same age, just not documented in the Readme file : )

On the other hand, SyncEXPERT’s support has been moved to a new site. All its previous forum conversations have been converted to knowledgebase articles. Any new application question shall be submitted to us in a ticket form.
